Our Services
- You are purchasing services for personal or business use.
- All services are customized and intellectual in nature.
- Due to the creative and customized nature of our services, refunds are limited as outlined below.
- Cali Publisher does not guarantee publishing outcomes, sales performance, or third-party approvals.
Refund Policy
1. Change of Mind
- Refund request must be made within 1 hour of placing your order.
- After 1 hour, a 40% processing and administrative fee will apply.
- No refunds once work has commenced.
2. Incompetent Delivery
- You must first allow revisions.
- Reasonable revisions will be offered to align with agreed scope.
- Writers or editors may be reassigned where appropriate.
Refunds may only be issued after revision attempts are exhausted and if both parties mutually agree the final product materially fails to meet documented requirements.
3. Late Delivery
- Delay must be solely caused by Cali Publisher.
- You must make at least three documented contact attempts.
- Delay must materially impact the agreed project timeline.
Client-caused delays void refund eligibility.
4. Refund Time Frame
- Refund requests must be submitted within 1 day of delivery.
- Requests made after 1 day will not be considered.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Minor technical errors correctable by revision.
- Delays caused by client inaction.
- Subjective dissatisfaction not tied to documented scope.
- Completed milestones approved by the client.
- Change of business strategy after work has begun.
